•  At RPM security deposits are equal to the rent rate. They are refundable minus the carpet cleaning of the property that you rent.
  
•  An additional deposit will be required for pets. 
  
•  If you have bad credit, you still can be approved! Typically we ask for an additional deposit and /or a co-signer.
